Peyton and Jake are 22 months now and definitely full of energy. So you would think that after running around all day that bed time would be a breeze. Our night time routine is the same. Dinner, bath, they play a little more, drink a cup of milk and then fall asleep. I have never put them to bed at night with a bottle or cup. I still have them on the same schedule but, the sleeping is the only issue we have. They fall asleep on us while watching TV and then we put them to bed in their cribs. Jacob is the good sleeper. He will stay in is own bed all night and not wake up once. Peyton on the other hand, wakes up ever night around the same time and cries. He will cry until I go get him. I have tried letting him cry himself back to sleep, but he will cry to an hour or two and start hyperventilating. So for now I get him and rock him, walk around the house with him or just put him back to bed with me just to get him back to sleep.
Some twins will sleep better if they are together in the same crib. Mine, well they wake each other up when they move around cause they end up hitting each other. They stopped sleeping next to each other around 5 months old.
